A healthy and comforting kids friendly meal that helps to improve their digestion and metabolism.
Ingredients:
- Broken Rice (podiyari)- 1/2 cup
- Water- 3/4 cup
- Thick curd- 1/2 cup
- Crushed pearl onion-1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Wash and strain the broken rice.
- Pressure cook it with 3/4 cup of water for a whistle (or you can cook on a pan until done).
- Open the lid after releasing the pressure by itself.
- Now mix it with thick curd, salt and crushed pearl onions.
- Serve warm!!!
