Healthy Rice Porridge For Kids


A healthy and comforting kids friendly meal that helps to improve their digestion and metabolism.
Ingredients:
  • Broken Rice (podiyari)- 1/2 cup
  • Water- 3/4 cup
  • Thick curd- 1/2 cup
  • Crushed pearl onion-1 tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
Preparation:
  1. Wash and strain the broken rice.
  2. Pressure cook it with 3/4 cup of water for a whistle  (or you can cook on a pan until done).
  3. Open the lid after releasing the pressure by itself.
  4. Now mix it with thick curd, salt and crushed pearl onions.
  5. Serve warm!!!
