Sometimes we ignore the sweet cravings for being unhealthy. Oats comes under the category of healthy diet food; So whatever made with oats makes us comfort. Here is a delicious and super healthy Oats Ladoo recipe made with handful of ingredients. Try it out and enjoy the clean eating without a sugar crash😊.
Ingredients:
- Oats-1 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
- Grated jaggery- 1/2 cup (or little more as per taste)
- Pistachio, almond and cashew- 1/2 cup
- Roasted peanut- 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder-a pinch
- Raisins-to garnish
Preparation:
- Dry roast the oats in low flame for about 10 minutes without changing its color or until crispy.
- Add ghee in the same pan and roast cashew, almond and pistachio.
- In a blender add roasted oats and blend for few seconds.
- Add i in to a large bowl.
- Blend roasted nuts and peanuts to coarse powder (having tiny chunks to bite).
- Next grind freshly grated coconut to coarse (without adding any water) form.
- Mix all the ingredients along with grated jaggery.
- Mix well by crumbling and make small balls out it.
- Garnish each balls with raisins or nuts.
- Store in an airtight container for long use.
- Keep them in normal temperature for two to three days.
- or keep in fridge for about two weeks.
